End Point Deliveries ("EPD", "we", "us") is a delivery service operated by TechTalent Overflow Limited. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you book, send, receive or carry a delivery through epd.techtalentoverflow.com.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, phone number and email address of customers who register.
- Delivery details: pickup and drop-off locations, the receiver's name and phone number, item descriptions and delivery instructions.
- Payment references: the mobile-money number used and the transaction reference returned by MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or our payment aggregator. We never receive your mobile-money PIN.
- Rider information: for riders, identity and vehicle details and location while on an active delivery.
How we use it
- To price, arrange and complete deliveries, and to collect payment for them.
- To send service messages to senders and receivers about a delivery, such as booking confirmation, rider assignment, pickup and drop-off.
- To provide support, resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- The rider assigned to the delivery: pickup and drop-off details and the contact numbers needed to complete it.
- Payment providers (MTN, Airtel and our payment aggregator).
- Messaging providers (Meta for WhatsApp, and our SMS provider).
- Hosting providers that run our servers.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep delivery and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting and legal requirements. Rider location data is used for active deliveries and kept only as long as needed for that and for resolving disputes.
Your rights
Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email us at the address below.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
