These terms govern delivery orders placed through Endpoint Deliveries. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them before you confirm.

Placing an order

You are responsible for the accuracy of the pickup and drop-off locations, the recipient's contact details, and the description of the item. We rely on the pin you drop on the map to price and dispatch the delivery; an inaccurate location may change the fee or delay collection.

Fees and payment

The delivery fee is calculated from the distance between pickup and drop-off, the service level you choose, and the vehicle the item requires. The fee shown before you confirm is the fee you pay. Where an order is marked cash on delivery, the recipient pays the stated amount to the driver on arrival.

What we will not carry

We do not carry cash, illegal or prohibited goods, hazardous or perishable materials, live animals, or items whose value cannot reasonably be established. We may refuse or return an item that turns out to fall into any of these categories, and the delivery fee remains payable.

Collection and delivery

Someone must be available to hand the item over at the pickup point and to receive it at the drop-off point. If nobody is available, the driver may wait briefly, attempt to contact you, and then return the item; a further delivery may be charged as a new order.

Timing

Delivery times are estimates made in good faith. Traffic, weather, and access conditions can affect them, and we do not guarantee arrival at a specific minute.

Loss or damage

Tell us as soon as you can if an item arrives damaged or does not arrive. Claims are assessed against the description given when the order was placed, so an accurate description protects you. Items that were poorly packaged for transport, or that we would not have accepted had their nature been disclosed, are not covered.

Cancellation

You may cancel before a driver has collected the item. Once an item has been collected the delivery is under way and the fee is payable.

Your information

We use the details you provide only to arrange, deliver, and support your order, including sharing what the driver needs in order to complete the delivery.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
